NEP Solar AG (Zurich, Switzerland) has received orders for delivery of parabolic of two facilities process of heat with the main companies of the milk industry in Switzerland, reports of the company in a press release.
Both projects will start in the summer of 2012. NEP Solar display their new 1800 PolyTrough collectors, who apparently have a 50% larger than the 1200 PolyTrough opening and are 10% more efficient.

Stefan Minder, executive director of the NEP Solar AG, commented: "we are delighted to work with two large Swiss companies in the industry of milk this partnership demonstrates strong commitment to the sustainability of our operations industriales.» Switzerland."

Emmi already uses steam for industrial processes
One of the facilities was ordained by the greater Swiss milk processor Emmi Group. The field collector hub has an active area of 627 m2 and is mounted on the roof of the "tête de Moine" cheese and maturation of the plant in Saignelégier in the Jura Swiss. The heat of the process Thesolar is injected into the hot water circuit andoffset existing 30,000 litres of diesel fuel for heating (79 tons of CO2) per year.

Emmi already uses the solar process steam generated by a NEP Solarcollector field in Bever, East of Switzerland, which was funded and installed 2011 by Zurich Switzerland EWZ utility. EWZ owns and operates the field and supplies steam to the Emmi factory under a contract of supply of heat for 15 years.

Installation of cremated replace 25,000 litres of fuel for heating a year
The second project is cremated SA in Fribourg, where the solarprocess energy facility will replace a significant amount of fossil fuels used for the production of coffee cream. 580 m2 of solar collectors NEP will be installed on an inclined roof in a very compact array structure to maximize solar performance for the available roof surface. Solar heat to 150 ° C is generated throughout the year and replace 25,000 liters of diesel heating (65 tonnes of CO2) per year.
With these latest projects of industrial processes of heat and other two smaller collectors who commissioned in 2012 in Switzerland NEP Solar it intends to continue with the successful marketing for industrial use of their solar process heat.
